We aim to have your items delivered to you within 3-4 working days.

Easy Returns
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied you can return any item within 30 days of receipt provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with its original packaging.
Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel or your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card that was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges. Regarding personalised items, unfortunately these cannot be returned.

Please include a note with your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and order number. Please also let us know why you are returning your items.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our premises. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protect it. We will never, ever share your information with anybody. When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and credit and debit card details. A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you if there is a problem with your order. All this is necessary to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

Candle Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended.​ Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Only burn candles on a level heat resistant surface.​ Do not place candles in a draught. On our small candles with cotton wicks, trim or break the wick to about 0.5cm before lighting. Keep the wax pool clear and clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. Glass may become hot during use. Extinguish when 0.5cm of wax remains and do not relight.
