This recipe is perfect addition to your bath and is a great way to use up any dried or fresh herbs you have hanging around. I went for Lavender, for it’s relaxing properties, however you can use any herbs you like.
Take a good couple of handfuls of Lavender and add it to a pan of water on the hob. Fill your pan to the top with water.
Bring to the boil and then allow to simmer for about 15 minutes. Once infused, you can strain the water into another pot or use it as it is.
Add your herbal water to a bath now or save it for later. Time for you to relax and indulge in an hour of peace.
